Support is god aweful. I've submitted several tickets asking for help on a bug and the best I got was an automated email from them saying that they are slow to get to support tickets because they are anticipating on launching on appsumo again for the 2nd time.

This is the type of SaaS company I hate. Whereby they spend more time trying to acquire new customers but the moment they have your money, they won't bother trying to help you. Instead, they'd rather go find more customers instead.
