I was looking at CaptainData and Hexomatic, wondering which to buy. Having a look at the privacy documents made it clear for me. While CD is a French company who has to comply to GDPR by law, Hexomatic still mentions the privacy shield (invalidated in July 2020) in its Privacy statement. Since GDPR is important for me, I bought Captain Data.
