Q: Issue Activating AppSumo Code + Question on Updates
Hi,
I tried activating the software using my AppSumo codes, as I need to use it urgently. The AppSumo redemption instructions state that I should go to Billing and enter the AppSumo code, but I don’t see any option like that in my account, which is a bit concerning.
Could you please clarify where exactly the code should be entered or assist with activation?
Also, I’d like to confirm whether future updates are included with the AppSumo plan.

I just read that we can upload videos. Is there a limited time for a video to play when send/receive? A Video has to be a certain time limit for upload? Thank you

I'm interested in your offering. Can you please explain in detail how those four categories work? How many credits does it take to generate one card? Cards per month... does that mean sent cards per month? And, if I send the same card to 100 people, is that considered one card or 100 cards? What does Contacts engaged mean. This is not clear or well explained. Thank you!

Sorry I don't know what the AI responded above, if you don't get white label you won't be able to brand the cards under your own domain.
