I purchased this app a while ago in preparation for switching from my current all-in-one system to a more customized pieced-together system. I set it up immediately after purchasing it, but I'm just starting to use it, so I'm kind of relearning how it works.
As far as setting it up, it is super easy to set up, which is a huge plus in my mind. I set up my various booking options in a few minutes.
I am a bit paranoid about the two-way syncing, so I constantly compare my availability with my calendar at the moment. I'm hoping to soon feel comfortable that it's working properly. So far it seems to be working. I've had a couple of hiccups with blocking my calendar for a full day or a few days. But I was able to get it to work after disconnecting and resyncing my calendar, and for the full-day block, I ended up changing it to specific hours. It may have just been that it hadn't synced yet and I was impatient. Not sure, but in the end, it worked.
I am looking forward to the custom reminders. This will make be a huge timesaver for me!
I do wish there was an option for a redirect. I think this would make my booking process cleaner and easier for my clients to follow the process. But the custom emails will help with this.

First Impression after testing this application is promising app and can be a serial killer buy going after those already world class appointment booking platforms : )
Pros: They have made integrations with the industry world class known applications They seems to be adding more features silently because I've noticed new features is being added while testing the app.
- Functioning app I haven't found any bug except the long string of dashes on the default booking link but recently they added and update field to edit that link with a brand name similar to the unique short link (but not on a new page link), maybe this can be better if we can connect our own custom domain on the main booking page.
- Payment integration: Stripe
- The coming multilingual support for the RTL (Backend+Forntend) as promised will be great value and will empower millions of freelancers, business owners, online and offline businesses internationally. (I don't use Calendly just because they don't have this feature)
- you can setup your booking page and start accepting appointment scheduling in just less than 5 minutes literally
- easy and simple to use customization
- professional, smart, and easy onboarding when signing up with new CatchApp account.
- The support team and the founders are so helpful and they are always ready to help in onboarding and live demo using their booking page dedicated for this.
- Fast booking on the frontend booking page that is synchronized directly into your booking list and availability time (this will make you organize your appointments easily and fast) and lots of things that I can't mention them all.
Cons: - - My bookings: this is is the most important part and needs to present a better UX/UI design for easily track the bookings, I suggest to make this easier like we can select the between any day in a week view horizontally and list all the bookings under the selected day when left-clicked by the pc mouse as this will give much cleaner screen and easier to navigate between the bookings, and also if print the bookings in a pdf after applying field filtering which we want to show in the pdf like (list view, grid view, single booking view).
- No Custom CSS Code Injection Feature Available Yet For The Booking Page For Users
- User Experience for Client/User Management:
I don't know what is the logic and the algorithm exactly behind deleting the users first and then deleting the idle seats, but I would like to see team members separate from the user/client management with different user roles for team members and even user roles for other users/clients.
I can manage users from the manage users icon on the left panels and also from the edit subscription, and this is different than deleting idle seats and this is directly invite user using their email address and not create new idle seats and then assigning new users by their email addresses, so I think we we should be able to add, delete, edit/update with much simpler functionality

I'm really enjoying using CatchApp, its easy to use, robust, and versitile- I love the fact I can easily use this with my contractors and have separate logins for each. The team also is very motivated with new updates all the time!
It is easy to schedule meetings thanks to CatchApp. Before, I had to spend hours searching for a time and place that worked for everyone; CatchApp makes it easy, and it is reasonably priced.
In addition to the usual features, CatchApp Bookings offers the ability to create unique links for one-off meetings. Good job 👍
