CatchApp's interface is one of the most intuitive that I have used. I was able to set it up in like 10 mins. Really clean and easy to use interface that you can use for you, your team, or your clients.

The SMS that comes with it is also a great deal and I'm looking forward to their webhooks and public roadmap.
