I have tested different apps for online appointments and Catchapp may become one of the best.In its current state it is already a great option and works very well.The dashboard is clean and the options are clear(pity the language limitation).I have done many tests and I can confirm that the integration with calendars like google calendar works very well(although you can't customize Catchapp how far in advance you will see the notification)
On the user/visitor side it is just as clean and easy.Maybe,for more comfort and speed it should remember the data of a customer if it matches their email or the combination of name and surname,but it does not and the visitor will always have to repeat the whole form.The time to display the confirmation screen is worrying.Those 5-8 seconds confuses the visitor because he/she goes back to the booking page and can proceed to rebook,I have contacted support and in my case I have not had much luck and that worries me
According to all my tests,I would like to suggest several improvements:
1.-A dark mode,at least in the dashboard,although it would be interesting in the booking page.It is something useful
2.-To be able to remove the "Powered by CatchApp" mark,at least for the higher tiers
3.-The current integrations for online meeting systems are very good,but it should be possible to notify an own link in the confirmation email that the customer receives and the SMS.The reason is that many of us use other alternative means of connection such as 24sessions,meetzippy,11sight etc,and each one has a link that must be notified to the client to be able to meet with him online.This is very very important
4.-I would like to suggest integration with Paypal,Pabbly(similar to Zapier and very used).Integration with ThriveCart to be able to get more possibilities like OTOs
5.-I would like to suggest that when creating a new event,there should be the possibility to customize the Title,currently this is not possible and always shows my name or the name of the user account,however being able to edit that for EACH event facilitates customization(I'm talking about editing what you see here: https://share.getcloudapp.com/RBumRgA0),and optionally add my name when convenient
6.-Very urgent,is the problem and limitation of the language.Currently everything is in English and this limits its use in very large markets such as all countries that speak and use Spanish.This would help to expand Catchapp's target market(note:your platform does not seem difficult to translate as it does not include thousands of messages.I can help with this)
Normally,I would deliver 3 tacos.There are possible improvements and some are urgent and in my case the support didn't work as it should.But I deliver 5 tasty tacos because I sincerely see the potential of Catchapp,but only if someone listens to the users and implements the improvements.I am certainly confident that it can become the best online appointment/booking app.The ball is in your court,score a goal!
