I just wanted to let everyone know that if you are looking for a quality Helpdesk product that is simple and to the point, this is it. I use to have an owned Kayako eSupport license but they have since moved away from supporting my product and have moved into the monthly subscription model. Due to lack of updates on my downloaded product, I found myself looking for a replacement. Cayzu does exactly what I need it to do by offering a support ticket solution and knowledge base in one. Not only that, but I have to admit, I am a sucker for products made in Canada due to their super friendly support. I had one issue with my CNAME not having the SSL certificate generating properly. After opening a ticket with their support staff, they had it working in no time. Do not let this product slip through the cracks. While it may have a very simplistic look and feel, I get the sense that this product can be a workhorse when put to the challenge. Thank you Cayzu!
I was a little hesitant to get this app. However, clearly, after I purchased, I was more than happy I did! The multiple brand support is key for us, and being about to centralize our tickets has saved me so many headaches. Yes, I know some may be concerned with the deliverability, but I got a ticket response from the support team and I was able to set up DKIM!
Just got off a demo with Ben. He helped us set up our account so we're good to go. Overall experience ➡️very very good! The helpdesk looks very promising, not pretty, but we are looking forward to the updated UX/UI!
We used Freshdesk before, and are now changing from Hubspot to Cayzu. So, if you are in need of good helpdesk software, this might be the next big thing!
Currently missing, but on the roadmap: - FB - WhatsApp (not sure about the roadmap, but hopefully is) - Track e-mail - Dashboard
♥️Love the deal. It is very generous with 50 websites and unlimited emails (limit 50 domains), and 50 knowledge bases!
Having been in the hosting business for many years, I've been using helpdesk solutions for a long time. 20+ years now, as much as I hate to admit it. I absolutely detest most of them. So much so that I actually ditched them all and wrote my own solution. But when I sold my company a while back, I sold my software along with it, so now here I am looking at solutions. I have to say that I am massively impressed with Cayzu. The features are well thought out, The UI is mature and well designed. They aren't bending you over a desk for having multiple brands or agents, even with their regular monthly rates (I look at that stuff to, because I have to consider the long term strength of the company going forward...a LTD is only worth something if the company can survive) and they have integrations for a ton of of other apps. I'd like to see a few more, but I'm sure we will.
Thank you to Cayzu for this deal. I expect to get many years of use of out it and I will recommend it to others. Even at the full monthly price, it is still reasonable for what it offers.
I had a chance to test CAYZU some months back... Fortunately, I have some usecase for my other businesses..
Here is a rundown and my conclusion:
=> UI and UX is mature => Has an end-user portal that is functional after testing… => Has an omni-channel approach - looks like it is going there… => Has cname! Which a lot of sumolings want…. => Let us deduct .5 taco for not having a support chat in their homepage… but hey! They are a ticketing system… perhaps they need to add one… BUT you know what????!!! We need to add that .5 taco since the integration includes a number of chat systems… yes TAWK.TO!
CONCLUSION
One of those tools that should be in every sumolings arsenal - that has a business to manage or a freelancer who wants support to be organized… With its current features and integrations - this is a grab…. No brainer for me who has tested a lot of ticketing systems in the past... and owns a techsupport business - techsupport.ph
