Just got off a demo with Ben. He helped us set up our account so we're good to go. Overall experience ➡️very very good! The helpdesk looks very promising, not pretty, but we are looking forward to the updated UX/UI!
We used Freshdesk before, and are now changing from Hubspot to Cayzu. So, if you are in need of good helpdesk software, this might be the next big thing!
Currently missing, but on the roadmap:
- FB
- WhatsApp (not sure about the roadmap, but hopefully is)
- Track e-mail
- Dashboard
♥️Love the deal. It is very generous with 50 websites and unlimited emails (limit 50 domains), and 50 knowledge bases!
