Where are the creators or support and what happened to the Canva integration? I am hoping you get it together because I would love to use the product, but instead, your calendar accepted an appointment from me and took a $1 payment and no one ever showed up!
I had made the appointment to report that your security certificate had expired and so my link to my space on your site was devaluing digital trust by warning potential traffic of danger.
If you are tired and done with operating Ceeya, give it to me. I will pour some love and life into it because right now it looks like a money grab that died but is still taking peoples money.
First of all, everyone can agree it's a red flag when you as a company don't respond to questions on Appsumo for days on end. I purchased tier two in hopes that the software will be better than some of the comments in the Questions. I had overlooked much of the limitations given to us from this deal.
But after 4 hours of investing time into building the site with all of the cards...all of a sudden, all of my hard work was just gone. Reset back with no warning, no explanation, as if all that I had done didn't even exist. And make no mistake, my work was defiintely saved. I had even shut my computer down to move from my home to my office and it was there...and then two hours later of working...without resetting my browser, or my computer...it wasn't there. It was just ...gone.
I am undoubtably going to refund this and honestly not think nice thoughts. I hate that 4 hours of my time is just gone like that. This has to be just as bad as the company up and quitting on us all after we invest in a lifetime of working together.
I do not recommend this company at all. If this has not happened to your account, then I'm very happy and I hope it continues to work well for you. But for me, I'm done with their lack of attention to us at Appsumo and I'm certainly angry that my work just disappeared.
This is one of those apps that you want to see succeed! it has great potential to be a big product. it's two thing I love fast and easy. Yopu can put content up in minutes sell products and cources coaching and consulte. Very easy intergration og zoom , google meet and google calender. I woul;d give it 9 tacos out of 10.
I have trouble setting up my cname records. Ceeya team Kisang helped me come on a gmeet to setup this for me. Thankyou so much for your time and effort. ❤️

Ceeya wasted my time
