They block my lifetime
They change the name, delete all my task once. Then ask me to pay without even letting me access my task before paying. Cannot contact there support.

It looks like you have an original account under your @gmail.com address. This is the account where you applied the AppSumo code.
If you log in using that email instead of the address you were attempting to log in under, you should find everything in order.
As for your tasks getting deleted during the name change, that shouldn't have happened and may be due to being logged into the incorrect account.
Once you're logged into the correct account, you should find them there.
