The product itself has potential, but the offer structure was not well thought out. Instead of advertising everything as 'unlimited,' it would have been much better if the deal included at least some API access — even with limits like a fixed number of envelopes or credits. That way, AppSumo buyers could truly test the full value of the platform. Unfortunately, the way the offer was set up feels incomplete, and that’s why it missed the mark for me.

I'm looking to replace a previous deal (bunnydoc) with this because they can't seem to keep their emails out of my clients spam folders. Other than that though, I'm trying to find a replacement as close to that as possible. They seem to have a few more options such as a pre-filled name that the client doesn't have to write in as an example, among a few others I use frequently. Will you be focusing on improving the actual UX of the envelope creation and signing process as well?

I read the questions by others and you said based on the request from the appsumo customer you provided api on billing but i didnt understand fully is it free like a limited amount of api monthly for lifetime or we need to buy it separately every month or one time?

What about storage of the document you can upload? There is no information about that.
