Blank promise and no response
We have been promised API week by week, finally no response anymore. Up to now, we have not have chance to test API at all, and we bought tier 3. And for the last 2 weeks, no more response.

To be transparent: API access wasn’t included or priced in the AppSumo lifetime deal, and it wasn’t part of the launch scope we contracted for. We also need to respect those launch contracts, so we can’t retroactively add items that weren’t promised in the deal. Also, there is no Tier 3 in our pricing plan. Please check.
That said, we are working on an API offering outside the lifetime plan—on a usage-based model. This requires proper documentation, terms & conditions, and usage policies (rate limits, billing, support) so it’s fair to users and sustainable for us. That’s why it’s taking longer than expected.
What we’ll do next:
Publish a clear API policy, pricing, and full documentation.
Continue the conversation on the existing email thread you’ve already opened with us (no need to DM).
We’re sorry for the confusion and for not communicating sooner. Existing appsumo deal remain unaffected. If you have specific workflows you’re trying to enable, reply on the same email thread and we’ll suggest interim workarounds until the API is available.
