I purchased this deal in good faith as a Lifetime Deal (LTD) and used it, the toold was a very good tool!. The company, originally Cerebria Tech, later rebranded to Hello Dexter and eventually disappeared. I contacted AppSumo support, but since this was not an AppSumo Select deal and was outside the refund window, I received no assistance—no product, no refund.
This situation raises serious concerns about accountability. Customers trust AppSumo to vet partners and ensure reliability, so when a vendor vanishes, AppSumo should take responsibility and protect its users.
I urge AppSumo to implement stronger safeguards for LTD buyers, such as extended refund policies for cases of vendor disappearance and clearer transparency on risk. Fellow customers: if you value trust and fairness, speak up and demand better protections. We deserve confidence that our investments are secure

I just want to mention here, I had really loved Appsumo before this happened. I have done nothing wrong but to trust
