Terrible support and everything's in beta...

I purchased this together with a few other tools before Sumodays and before I became a Plus member. I then refunded those tools and repurchased everything at an additional discount. I redeemed my new codes, and everything worked.

Then, all of a sudden, I wasn't able to log in. Their form gives this error message: "User Does not exist with this email." Apparently, they closed my account without any explanation whatsoever. Instead of disabling the code I refunded, they canceled my entire account. I reached out to Dale to explain the situation, and it's been almost a week without receiving a reply. What's worse, he keeps me on his mailing list and keeps sending me useless emails.

The product itself is very immature. As he said in a few replies, the search is in beta. It most certainly does NOT combine all those tools. When I tested it, I was able to find many contacts in Apollo and Lusha that did not appear in Cerebria Tech. If they search through their database, it's probably an old database with obsolete contacts.

The UI and everything about the dashboard and features feels unfinished and unreliable. I couldn't find a way to select all contacts from a search and export them all at once. Instead, I had to scroll down endlessly until more and more loaded on the page, and only then could I add them to a list to export them.

Support seems to be non-existent...

I doubt this has potential, and it looks to me that the tool will eventually be abandoned. I will wait one more day, but will likely refund and forget about it.

Hi There

It's a shame to hear about your issues with Cerebria Tech.

1. We do cancel all accounts that ask for a refund, as per AppSumo's policies.
2. You can unsubscribe from the onboarding emails at anytime using the link at the bottom of the email
3. There was a bug with some APIs, sadly, it was due to a change that was outside our control and our devs worked over the weekend to ensure it is back to working again.

Regarding the support, we try to respond to every message within 24 hours, 7 days a week. We also offer a booking link on the first email so you can book a meeting at anytime with me directly. We also have a product manager who deals with all support inquiries.

From our side, we cannot see any unanswered emails, so could you please resend your email to dale@cerebria.tech.

We are an early stage company hence the pricing that we offer, as you can imagine, it is very expensive to provide such a service, and we are listing on AppSumo solely for customer feedback. We are a privately funded company with a team of 6 people working full-time to make the best product possible.

Not only that, but we also send update emails where you can see the updates from the bi-weekly release cycle, showing just how fast we develop new features & fix bugs.
