Q: The event limits are actually not bad at all - if you consider that each event can be used with variables - ...
such as 'event name' 'event date', 'attendee name'. Even images can be set as placeholders. So if you have an event that is repeated through the year you can actually re-use the same Certopus event. And each event has categories - so you can have a number of different certificate and badges for each category. Are you getting it yet? :) Overall this makes Certopus incredibly felxible.
With a little thought and planning it is even possible to use one event as a template to generate certificates for completely different events. You do sacrifice a little specific info on the credentials page - but for certificates of completion, etc this is no big deal. I recommend trying Certopus and testing the flexibility and see if it works for you.
Thank you for sharing your views here as many people had questions regarding events. Events are highly flexible with options for recipient categories and variable texts/images; also we are working on a modular flow which will make it even more flexible and easy to use.
Q: Not a question, just my honest opinion.

a) even in the description there is no hint of the "event" definition on your side. >>> why not add it? i had to search the questions and reviews for it.
b) the limitation based on events is just a deal breaker for me. I was very intrigued and really would need it, but sorry, 20 events per year???? maybe per months, ok, but per year?
Thats a no no for me. Looks promising though. Much success.

As for your second point, we understand that our current event quotas may not meet...
From different other replies I found out, I can delete an event, and there regain a slot of the 20 events, correct? Can you confirm?
Additionally the 20 events per year, this will in crease after first year to 40 events and stack or how can I imagine it? Or rather if I have already used u0 some of the 20 events, you will top the number up to 20 when a new year comes up. It's a bit confusing...
Event credit will be used when you create a new event and it will not regain on deletion of a event. Each code will increase event credits by 20 and that credits expires annually and renews back annually, it will not be carry forwarded.

Q: Can the higher plans be more generous with respect to number of certificates?
It is currently linear increase (most deals have a larger bonus so 10 codes will be something like 20*1 or so to promote larger usage).
Since the renewal is annual, the numbers do seem a bit limiting. Any plans to increase them?
I will surely buy several codes if the limits are a bit more generous.

AppSumo should provide this response to all new sellers as a template. Hope you come back to AppSumo again soon.
