Reasons why I bought it:
-Gave me the ease to certify my PDF, it worked as expected.
-the blockchain was also easy and fast.
Reasons why I refunded:
The user interface is buggy and not professional. It feels like a beta version.
Despite claiming to prioritize cyber security, there is no option for two-factor authentication (2FA) for user accounts.
There is no Rest API available, and when I asked for it, I was told to purchase another project called iBS. This lack of professionalism is frustrating - when I buy a product, I expect to receive a complete solution, not just pieces here and there.
There is no clear road-map provided, leaving me unsure about the future development of the product.
They keep connecting this project with other unrelated projects, causing confusion. When selling a product, it's important to focus on one specific offering which i bought...
Due to these issues, I made the decision to request a refund.

Regarding security or authentication with 2FA, the truth is that it is not relevant to how this tool works. Without a doubt, the double factor is very valuable in certain cases, and it is something recurring that has been requested of us several times, and we may even implement it due to complaints from different users and their satisfaction. We write it down for the next version.
Regarding API rest, this project is based on a rest API to which it connects (which is the aforementioned IBS). Creating an API on top of another API in this case does not create any benefit, and that is why it is derived to that API.
Regarding receiving a complete product, each user would like it to have one or another functionality, but that does not mean that it is not a complete product. Certyfile is a complete product and what is published here is what is delivered, with its pluses and minuses. Yes, I will tell you that we take good note of the requirements and desires of the users, and along those lines, a version 2.0 with multi-signature is now being developed, which will be published in a few weeks and which includes several improvements.
Obviously, Certyfile is a disruptive product that is in the phase of improvements, which are acceptable to early users who see the potential and want to get a lifetime license as soon as possible at a spectacular price as is the one presented at SUMO, since the next Pro versions that we will release shortly, will cost hundreds of dollars a month, so getting a forever license now is a great opportunity.
We hope that in the future you can consider it and give Certyfile another chance.
