Q: iCommunity Labs Products

iCommunity Labs currently has two products on Appsumo; do these work together, can they work together, or are they completely separate from each other? Can you give an example of how they might (if at all)? Am I correct in assuming Certyfirma would be used to sign and send, then Certyfile would be used to upload and store the executed copy?

A: Certyfile and Certyfirma are complementary but separate products offered by iCommunity Labs, each designed to address different needs in document management and verification.

- Certyfirma focuses on secure electronic signing, identity verification of signers, and providing legally binding electronic signatures. It is ideal for sending, signing, and ensuring the legal validity of documents.

- Certyfile, on the other hand, is tailored for document certification and timestamping using blockchain. It provides immutable proof of the existence and integrity of a document at a specific time. It is primarily used for uploading, storing, and certifying documents.

Can they work together? Yes, these tools can work together in a workflow. For example:
1. You can use Certyfirma to sign a contract or agreement electronically, ensuring all parties have signed it securely and legally.
2. Once the document is fully executed, you could then upload the signed copy to Certyfile to certify its integrity and timestamp it on the blockchain. This provides an additional layer of security and proof of the document’s final form and signing date.

This combination ensures not only the legal validity of the signed document but also provides a tamper-proof certification that can be independently verified.

If you have further questions or need specific examples tailored to your use case, feel free to ask! 😊
