I think most of these are pretty basic¿? Such as the document designer or designing your own docs to automate, I don't see why you would exclude them.
We have already added most of the features in the Bliss Plan to Sumo-lings. You would be able to access all the features today as a LTD except the Dashboard Designer, Approvals without Login, External database integration.
Why are those features you want to excluse¿? do they cost you so much money? Whats the opportunity cost of including the rest of features for your app. The only thing is that I don´t want to start using crippled software

Q: Zapier is not the only integrator in the market.
Konnectzit, Integromat, Pabbly Connect and n8n are all worthy contenders.

why limit features? I dont want to buy a plan which is limited in your pricing

Can you match the $199 tier 2 to the Bliss plan? it would make more sense.
