Q: 1.
On the 'My team' tab in the Teambook, each users email address is listed beneath their username. For privacy, is it possible to hide the email addresses by default?
2. On the Windows desktop app, will it be possible to pop-out individual chats in a new window, so I can view two chatroom conversations simultaneously, rather than constantly switching between chats?
3. Last of all, the responsive design could use some work. It would be nice if the sidebar minimized when I resized the window width to fit my workspace. The more compact the better. Currently, the min allowed width for the Windows app is half the size of a 1080p monitor. A narrower window would be very helpful, especially if feature 2 (above) becomes available.
I love the design and the apps work very well on Windows and Android. I'm looking forward to the Zoom integration.

May 14, 2024A: Hello,
1. This might come later as a setting in Roles&Permissions. However, because this is a tool for internal team communication that's usually not necessarily required.
2. Good point! Thanks for that :) I'll add it to the list of small improvements and it will come sooner or later.
3. There will be massive design revamp closer to the end of the year so we can include this point as well ;)
4. Zoom integration is going full speed, so will be ready really soon! I'll let you know with the reply for this comment.
Hi Dmytro,
Thanks for bringing this here.
Regarding Q. 1. This is a big issue, and I believe will be for many here and your potential subscribers. I strongly suggest making hiding the email an option. When working with remote teams, sometimes a team member may be temporary, even just for a few days. We can't be sharing all the other emails with them (plus I would not like that if I was a team member). I'd re-look at that one.
(by the way, I was just about the buy, based on the screenshot in the Appsumo description. But without group calls, it's tough. Rightly or wrongly, we are used to getting access to most key features, and the benefit is you get them tested really way by people who know apps. To put it another way, it's not exciting if we know from the start a key feature will never be available on the LTD)
