Love Chanty's intuitive design, super easy on-boarding, and fully developed lightweight android app Vs 2GB cache creating the Lark Suite app and Super buggy Flock app. The availability of essential integration and visionary founder has further helped me taking a decision to switch to Chanty. In detail:
Our (RTIwala) Team has used Flock for around 2 years (free and Pro too) but quite disappointed their super slow development and efforts draining search feature where you can't find any file/text message just sent two months back.

Then we switched to Lark, love their Drive folder, and as it's free so there's no support for the Data Import which is restricted to only Slack. Secondly, there's customer support is nothing but pathetic as the free users are like a burden for them.

That's why I highly recommend you to opt for the Chanty rather than wasting your time, money, and efforts on either of them.
