I liked this app, but...
I signed up for a free account around 10 days ago to test out Chanty before buying it here on AppSumo and I really like its simplicity. It's obviously a dummy account - no real projects entered, just testing out functionalities. I bought a code yesterday, and wasn't able to upgrade my existing account. I tried deleting the old one. I explained the problem to the customer service and they promised to upgrade my account manually. It's been more than a day now. My new client waits for an invite to join my Chanty team, but it's not possible since I'm still under a free plan.
Unfortunately, I will have to go for a refund and get SmartTask instead, plus WhatsApp for communication.
