My biggest regret from Appsumo

Its been a year since I bought this deal. At the beginning you know they are in start up mode and bugs are normal, but....SAME bugs after a year. Support is inconsistent and very slow.

Ive email many times about this and other issues that continue to happen for months: you can't use space bar in the ticket pop up, if you are recording an audio and your phone blocks you lose the whole audio, audios that get deleted when you finish for no reason, and now I don't get notifications for messages - I only see them when opening the conversation manually, you can't delete messages in the open group, and so on.

Made the mistake back in the day to upgraded to the business plan because of the calls and TO THIS DAY not a single person in a team of 30+ people has been able to make a call, not even share screen.

Asked for a downgrade to just my Appsumo plan because I don't want to be paying 1K a year for something that doesn't even work.

You know what happened? Blocked me and my team out of our accounts and nobody is responding in customer service.

Just awful.
