Q: Can I give the licence activation code as a gift to three different people?
As I understand it:
1) The purchase itself is linked to my AppSumo account with associated email.
2) The three licenses though shall be activated at chaos-control's website together with the users email.
This allows me to gift these licenses to whomever I select.
Correct?

Just provide a license code and activation code and that'y pretty much everything that is needed.
