Q: How do you define a license?
is it linked to an email that can be using different platforms (Laptop, iOS, etc) or how many installs?

A license is linked to your email, which is used to activate the app on all platforms. We don't limit the number of installs, so you can run the app on as many devices as you wish using the same account.
