Don't waste your time

Many important features are not included, like offline payments.
If a customer pays your invoice by check or transfer, you have no way of updating your accounting... unless you upgrade to Chargebee's paid offer of more than 6K per year...

If you need subscription based payments and accounting this is the tool.

Free tier is packed.

There is support.

Support is excellent along with extremely thorough documentation.

You can run multiple businesses from the one dashboard.

Freebie account is closed after couple weeks

Another script which will be shared among indians and in couple month i will better buy same tool under another name but hopefully for 5 bucks

Disappointed with support

Recurring issue not being able to log in. Contacted support about 10 times. They said because I needed to log in from the AU (Australia) login. Did that, problem persisted. unable to log in.

I sent emails, screenshots, screen recordings. Support continued making me jump through hoops. Disconnected my account after saying my "Trial Expired"... I could go on (and on, and on...).

I eventually gave up on the pain of stating and restating the problem. I eventually gave up though.

Support was polite enough, responded quickly enough, seemed to be friendly, followed up with me.

If support didn't try as hard as they did, it would have been one Taco.
