Disappointed with support
Recurring issue not being able to log in. Contacted support about 10 times. They said because I needed to log in from the AU (Australia) login. Did that, problem persisted. unable to log in.
I sent emails, screenshots, screen recordings. Support continued making me jump through hoops. Disconnected my account after saying my "Trial Expired"... I could go on (and on, and on...).
I eventually gave up on the pain of stating and restating the problem. I eventually gave up though.
Support was polite enough, responded quickly enough, seemed to be friendly, followed up with me.
If support didn't try as hard as they did, it would have been one Taco.
