Thank you for your question! ChargeKeep Tiers 3 and up supports PayPal and Venmo for subscription and recurring payments, while Zelle can currently be used as an offline payment option.

Zelle is undergoing significant changes in 2025. Starting January 8, 2025, new users won’t be able to enroll directly in the Zelle app, and by March 31, 2025, existing users must enroll through a bank or credit union to continue sending or receiving payments. New rules for Zelle's recurring payments are just come into effect on January 3, 2025.

We are closely monitoring Zelle’s updates and plans to expand support for more automated billing workflows in the future.
