Regarding the Customer Portal, the tiers available for this promotion, ChargeKeep includes one where your customers can access their transaction history and update their subscription plan, payment and profile information. While ChargeKeep facilitates the payment management for customers, the distribution and access to digital content would typically be handled through integration with your content delivery system, webhooks or APIs. We do offer custom portals where digital product delivery can be made available in real-time, but this is a separate custom feature. We have several customers for whom we have built this feature to fit their specific requirements.
