I genuinely admire some of the excellent features of your product, which is why I'm reaching out. I’ve been impressed by the positive reviews, but before I proceed with my purchase, I’d appreciate your insights on some negative feedback I’ve encountered:

1. **Unresponsive Customer Support**: Users report a lack of replies.
2. **Stripe Integration Issues**: Significant problems with Stripe have been noted.
3. **Difficult Implementation**: Even tech-savvy users find setup challenging.
4. **Missing Key Features**: Users mention the absence of address collection and promotional options.
5. **Errors and Bugs**: Some have experienced errors during setup.
6. **Disappointment with Functionality**: Many feel let down by performance and support.

I have concerns based on the lowest rated reviews. I asked you to address the issues directly, but you didn't. So, I summarized the key points from your low-rated reviews above. It feels like the one-star reviews are being avoided. I hope you can take responsibility and reply to them . Ultimately, it's your choice but it would help me make a decision and I am sure others.

I too have read most reviews. And feel Steven’s question is very valid. I’m looking at tier 5 to replace thrivecart. Which I love and hate. So I’m keenly interested to hear these points commented on. Thanks.

ChargeKeep is built as a Stripe-verified partner, and we process 9 figures in transactions across thousands of businesses. Account connection issues are often related to Stripe’s security policies or settings within their accounts. Most of these cases can be resolved through troubleshooting, and we’re happy to assist users if they encounter any issues.

We’ve received feedback that some users find setup more complex than expected. While ChargeKeep is designed for flexibility and ease of use, we recognize that it may require some learning for advanced features, especially for businesses new to Stripe. To improve onboarding, we’ve created step-by-step shortcuts, and provide direct support to assist users.

Address Collection: ChargeKeep address collection can be turned on, it can be added using Stripe’s checkout settings.
Promotions & Discounts: ChargeKeep does support coupon codes and promotional pricing when setting up products.
