Q: Existing stripe thrivecart account and multi org tier5

Hi. I use stripe and thrivecart now. So inside that particular stripe account is all my subscription data and past sales for each customer.

Can I just connect CK to it? Or do I export and import data? If so what will happen to the current live subscriptions?

In an ideal world. I’d like to disconnect thrivecart and connect CK. and then all my clients log into a CK front end to manage their subscription. Can this be done?

Second question. Very interested in tier 5 multi org. If I choose this, what’s the number of subscribers I can have per org or across all 3 if it’s a global cap.

Thanks

A: Hi,

Thanks for reaching out!

1. Connecting ChargeKeep to Your Stripe Account
a. You can connect ChargeKeep (CK) to your existing Stripe account. However, subscriptions created outside of CK (via ThriveCart) won’t automatically transfer over.
b. Currently, we don’t support direct import of live subscriptions from ThriveCart. If you disconnect
ThriveCart, existing subscriptions will still be managed by Stripe but won’t appear in CK unless re-created.
c. Customers may need to be manually migrated or asked to re-subscribe via CK, depending on your setup.

2. Tier 5 Multi-Org Subscription Limits
a. With the Tier 5 plan, you can create up to 3 organizations.
b. There is no global subscriber cap across all organizations—each org operates independently, but let us know your expected volume, and we can confirm any potential limits.

Let us know if you need further clarification!

Best,
Billy

Hi. My early stage limit for each org will be less than 500. I just want to know if one org explodes and has say 1500 subscribers will this be ok? Ie is it only a problem if it becomes thousands?

So are you saying that if I connect to existing stripe account that in order for a users subscription to be operated through CK they would need to re subscribe through CK. is that correct?

Hi helloEvo,

Yes, 1,500 subscribers per org should be fine—issues only arise at much higher volumes.
Correct, ThriveCart subscriptions won’t transfer automatically; users need to re-subscribe in CK.
