Q: Hi, what is the best way to contact the Charge keep team outside of AppSumo?

I have been waiting for a response to my email sent on June 19th 2024. I also followed this up on June 25th and still no response but I can see questions being answered here on the AppSumo platform.

A: Yes, it is possible to adjust the price of an active subscription in ChargeKeep. You can update the subscription details, including the price, through the ChargeKeep admin dashboard. This allows you to make necessary adjustments to accommodate pricing changes for your new customers. Retroactively you can't change the price for existing customers unless you change them to a new plan.

Hi, I think you have responded to the wrong person as your reply is not related to my question or my emails.

What is the best way to contact you outside of appsumo. I have sent multiple emails to team@chargekeep.com and have not had a response since June 19th. It’s making me question the level of support I’d get after the deal ends.
