Q: Webhook / Zapier Events
Man I really love chargekeep, BUT...it is difficult to get in contact with your team. Having looked for your company and members and they are never linked to chargekeep or seeking new challenges?! Hope this isn't alarming for us customers of chargekeep?
Another big issue is integration with zapier. Our developer is having problems to catch new records, as they are always filled with dummy data of a unknown persona and not our data we did send.
An overview of possible values for e.g. Even Types that could be in the webhook would safe a lot of time and testing. Please consider providing such a paper for devs.

1. Webhook Event Types: ChargeKeep's webhooks notify your systems about specific events (e.g., subscription_created, subscription_updated, payment_succeeded, and payment_failed). For more detailed information, please refer to our API documentation.
2. Dummy Data in Webhook Payloads: Dummy data is typically related to test environments. Please ensure your account is set to production mode. If this continues, contact team@chargekeep.com.
