Has potential but zero custom support
It works okay for basic subscriptions, but the system has many bugs.
Support is non-existant. I have sent several emails and never had a reply.
There's a very annoying AI bot who does very little to help you and often assures me that a support member will contact me soon—which they never have!
I moved away from WooCommerce Subscriptions for a more straightforward approach to setting up subscriptions for my clients, but at this rate, I'm probably going to go back.

Fantastic deal
Alright, I gotta chime in on this. This is a fantastic deal. Has built in CRM feature in the higher tiers and many other features that you won't find anywhere else. I had a meeting with the owner of the company last time it was on Appumo went through and created many different types of charged platforms that were needed within my company and my other companies. Just wonderful product all the way through. It changed the way that we process charges with clients and has many features that you won't find anywhere else. I would suggest a tier 3 and above level. You do not want to miss this one. Get with the company after looking at training videos. The donation feature is a must for non profits.

Difficult to Implement
I'm pretty techy and can set up websites, automations, work with AI and more, and yet this I could not get set up and tied to my subscription products despite numerous attempts. Onboarding videos are non-existent. Really disappointed as I had high hopes and spent a significant amount of time trying to make it work.

weirdly hard to use - missing two key features
I'm representing a non-profit membership organization. Should be a good fit for ChargeKeep, no?
No, It does not do two things which are showstoppers
1. Memberships seemingly only oriented to online business. We need to send printed materials by mail 3 times a year to our members. The online form for payment DOES NOT collect Address1/address2/city/state/postcode. And there is no way to add custom fields to even do that simple thing???
2. For our brand new members we need a BOGO option -- Buy One 1 Year Membership, Get One year Free. There is no combination of buttons that will do this. We could sell a 2-year membership but then it would not renew every 1 year following the end of the first 2 years and so forth and so on
We'll be asking for a refund this week.

no support response no multi payment gateway
This is an expensive product to not allow more flexibility like allowing multiple stripe or paypal accounts on the same account. There is upsells right away for even more money to buy the ability to an 'agency' account to allow all the flexibility most of us would want. The price of this should be much less on AS which would make more sense with all the limitations and would make it easier to take the upsells in the platform to unlock all the features that make a platform like this justifiable. At this price it is easy enough to get into paypal and stripe to create buttons and automations to send email follow ups. We all have these gateways and automation platforms. I don't see the need for this product especially with the negligent support. You can see my questions that have been ignored while all the questions after have been addressed.
