Customer Support is slow and STILL Lacking

I full stacked Chargekeep because I believe they have a solid product. The platform is snappy and works very well. I will go as far as to say upgrading to access the advanced CRM is highly recommended.

However, they do have growing pains in the customer support department. The response time was slower than should be, but when they got to my issue, it was resolved very quickly and professionally.

I am aware of being more critical with Chargekeep's support response. They are in the business of handling transactions and when client's have issues, support response time NEEDS to be fast and complete. Slow support simply cost businesses a loss in revenue.

Honestly Chargekeep, you have a solid platform, but there is no excuse, please improve your support responsiveness.
