Principles are great, but there is an issue with Stripe connection and unanswered support requests that have impacted my experience.
ChargeKeep provides a remarkably simple and intuitive user interface, making it incredibly easy for anyone to get started. The setup process is straightforward, and adding products or services is quick and effortless. The developer team has clearly put a lot of thought into ensuring a smooth experience.
One of the standout features of ChargeKeep is its flexibility. The checkout process can be seamlessly integrated in various ways, making it suitable for a wide range of use cases. Whether you're placing it on your website, blog, or other platforms, it fits almost anywhere with minimal hassle. This level of versatility is one of the reasons ChargeKeep stands out in a crowded market.
However, despite its excellent functionality, my experience has been marred by a major issue with customer support. I have sent multiple emails to the support team regarding a problem I encountered with the Stripe connection, but unfortunately, I have not received any response. This is particularly frustrating because I am unable to use ChargeKeep at the moment, as there seems to be an unresolved issue with the Stripe integration. Specifically, I cannot manually remove my Stripe account, and as a result, I reached out to the support team hoping for a solution. Unfortunately, the lack of communication has left me stuck, and at this point, I cannot use ChargeKeep effectively.
Given these issues, I can only rate ChargeKeep one star at this time, as the lack of support has rendered the platform unusable for me. While I appreciate its potential, the absence of a response from customer service is a major drawback.
