Too expensive for this limited product.
For the money I paid for Tier 3, I expected the ability to connect multiple accounts under the same Stripe login. I have several products under my Stripe account, but I can only connect one to ChargeKeep. This limitation means I can only charge to a single account and send customer receipts that display and branded with the same product/service name on their bank statements, even if I offer different products or services.
If you have only one business or product, the interface and options are very good, and this may work for you. However, for me, this is a deal breaker, and I will be requesting a refund.

We appreciate your feedback and understand your goal is to connect multiple Stripe accounts under a single business.
Currently, ChargeKeep allows each organization to connect to a separate Stripe account, but within a single organization, Stripe treats all transactions under the same business entity. If you need to process payments for multiple products with distinct branding, you can setup separate organizations linked from your main account which will allow you to manage multiple Stripe accounts for each business.
That being said, we recognize that this may not be the ideal solution for everyone, and we’re always looking to improve flexibility. We appreciate you giving ChargeKeep a try, and although it can likely work for your specifed case, we’re sorry it you think it is not meeting your needs at this time.
