I will start talking about the support team, specifically Adam. He helped me with the integration in GHL, which I was not able to do on my own at first. He joined a call with me via Teams and in less than 15 minutes found the reason and fixed it.
Charla has exceeded my expectations. We have tried different solutions before Charla, such as Tawk.to or Support Board (also from Appsumo, this last one), and I think Charla wins in something very important: ease of use for the user. It is a beautiful, well-maintained software that works well.
I think the team is trying to push it and they are doing a good job. We have already activated it on our site and we are receiving support messages from now on using only Charla. I also find their value proposition interesting, where they cover the consumption cost themselves, without the need for credits or BYOK. I think having BYOK would be interesting, but I can live without it as long as the system responds so well.
Our clients are happy with the level of attention, and overall, everything works well.

Great value for anyone needing AI Agents and a Ticketing System
I originally purchased another platform just launched on Appsumo that seemed promising but quickly realized it came with hefty fees, $50/month just to remove their branding, plus no recurring AI credits, even though the system relies heavily on those credits (even simple chats consume quite a few). Then I discovered Charla, and the difference couldn’t be more clear. Charla includes white labeling, no AI credits needed for training on documents, websites, or chatting with clients/customers, and even includes a self-help embeddable knowledge base, all without forcing you into extra charges.
During testing, I couldn’t find any obvious bugs, which was another big plus. The sheer value packed into this deal, even with just one code, is incredible. That said, I do wonder about the sustainability of offering so much without any recurring fees, but the fact that Charla has been around for over a year gives me confidence in their ability to keep going strong. I’m planning to stack more codes, even if I don’t technically need them, just to support the amazing value Charla is bringing to Appsumo. Highly recommended and easily a 5 Taco deal, especially when compared to similar offerings.
