Customizing the interface/branding is by far the best - it's actually worth it and super professional looking. If their branding was better they could cater to larger orgs. We switched from Tidio to Charla, and it was a great decision. The onboarding was smooth: the chat window can be customized to your liking, and you can count on excellent support. We ran into an issue where a specific button couldn’t be translated into Dutch, and it was fixed within a day. Awesome!
