But it depends on what you need. If those users only view the dashboards, a single workspace is enough: unlimited datasets and dashboards, each dashboard with its own public link that you can password-protect or lock to specific domains. They see only what you send them, no account needed.

A second workspace makes sense if you add them as members instead, since roles (admin, editor, viewer) apply to the whole workspace: even a viewer sees everything in it.
