Easy to use but lack customization
I do agree the app is super easy to make it work. With its user-friendly UI, you just need a few minutes to have your data displayed in your intended graph.
However, the app lacks customization. You almost can't change anything at all except for the color. You can't even change the font or font size. And if you don't embed the graph into a full page, you can expect a very small graph that is hard to read.

You are absolutely right, in the future you will be able to customize more.
Right now you can do the basics, besides the colors, change the title, subtitle, legend, data labels, etc.
Some people need more customization than others, I understand that.
