Q: Enhancement of your site
I'm your customer and planning to upgrade my plan since you're returning but I want to know that do you plan to upgrade your site UI as the current one is a bit out-of-date. It needs a better looking site. Also, documentation is missing and explanation of the your calculation and stats are not available. It needs more transparency and explanation. Sometimes I don't trust the data or findings presented as there is no way to tell. If I were to present the findings I cant support it with methods, calculation and reasonings behind. I think this has limited the use and adoption. Please work on that as I love your products but it has to be improved further thanks

A: Hi there! Great question. Yes, you can import data into our platform using SQL connections, and we support both MySQL and Postgres. You'll just need to provide your database credentials (host, username, password, schema, and table). Your login details are not saved as the connection is used only once to pull the data into your project.
You can choose which columns to include after the connection is made, and you can import either the top or bottom rows, with a limit of up to 100,000 rows per import.
At the moment, we don’t support custom SQL queries directly, mainly to prevent accidental changes like deleting rows or dropping tables. :-) However, we like tis idea and something we're open to exploring with our developers.

Q: Importing Data
Can we import data via API or just uploads?
Like I use MySQL and Postgres, can we not give a query that is used to load the data?
