Regarding the plan quotas, you mention for Tier 1 that we get 5 projects, what does this mean?
If we create a project, can we remove it and add a different project or do we need to wait an entire month to get that spot back?

May 2, 2025A: Hi, Tier 1 is for infrequent analysis need. Indeed you can create up to 5 projects per month, if you delete them, it still uses the quota . The month always starts on the day you buy a license or change tiers. The monthly quota refills on the same day the following month.

Hello, I have tier 1. Can you clarify? If this month I create 5 projects in June, then does that mean I can have 5 new projects in July? Or does it mean that only 5 projects can be active only at one time.
Hi, you can create 5 new projects every month, but also there is a storage limit of 10 projects overall on Tier1. So basically after 2 months if you created 10 projects in total already, you will need to delete one before creating a new project. Let us know if any other questions.
