Q: Hello, thank you for your time.

I am very glad this is not another ai chat bot. As I prefer the interaction and personal feeing with my customers and clients and people in my community.

Most of my business is in person.

Just a couple question. As I am I’m in a big want for an Omni channel inbox. But from my experiences with others, just want to clear some things up lol

1 - I see you are soon to have Facebook messenger, but currently support Facebook private messages.
Does this mean my personal profile inbox will show in this? (That’s a good thing for me) and I can respond to my plpwrsonal Facebook activities?

2- does this support Facebook business page or private groups at all?

3 - does this have an e-commerce integration with printful or printify ? I don’t have Shopify. But I use the same integration POD. Any way to use and share those products? (My front end is actually launchcart here in appsumo)

4 - is there a way to import or export customer data? And

5 - can we post or schedule outbound messages or comments or posts?

Thank you for your time. I’m a simple person. And I don’t even need all my needs met lol but to sit down. And handle everyone on social media. Would be very nice lol

• Chat Breezes currently supports private messages for Facebook pages, allowing you to efficiently respond to client inquiries through the "Message" button on the Facebook page. However, it doesn't include personal profile inbox access due to limitations imposed by major social media platforms.

2. Facebook Business Pages Connection:
• Chat Breezes supports Facebook business pages, offering visibility into wall posts, comments, and private messages. Unfortunately, integration with private groups isn't possible due to restrictions imposed by Facebook's API.

3. E-commerce Integration with Printful or Printify:
• Currently, Chat Breezes doesn't have direct e-commerce integration with Printful or Printify. However, our focus is on enhancing features related to e-commerce platforms (such as WooCommerce), CRM and Automation, and Team Collaboration.

4. Importing or Exporting Customer Data:
• We are actively working on a CRM feature that will enable users to import and export customer data. This enhancement will provide flexibility in managing your customer information within Chat Breezes.

5. Post or Schedule Outbound Messages, Comments, or Posts:
• While Chat Breezes does not have a post and schedule feature, we are open to understanding your use case for scheduling messages or comments. Please open a topic in our community board https://chatbreezes.canny.io/ to share your insights, and we'll consider how we can best address your needs.
