1. Currently, Chat Breezes supports WhatsApp integration through two methods: Twilio and a linked device (via QR code). We don't directly integrate with WhatsApp Business API (WABA) at the moment. However, direct integration is on our roadmap, and we plan to start working on it around the end of February, following the completion of ongoing AI integration and workspace features.

2. Regarding the number of social profiles you can connect, you have the flexibility to choose which profiles to connect, whether they are WhatsApp numbers, Instagram accounts, or others. However, it's important to note that we currently support only 1 WhatsApp number through the linked device method (scan QR code).
