It appears as a \u0022free\u0022 chatabc.|\u000aI have a tier 1 that suggests 3 users.\u000aWhat am I doing wrong? \u000aI thought, that additional users will have access to the same level not to \u0022free\u0022 option.\u000aPlease advice.

I have this same issue, and I purchased a Tier 2 and have a Pro plan for my main workspace.
