I had a few challenges uploading documents in the early days of this product, but now - it works great for me. I use it all the time.

They made the transition from ChatABC to TeamAI, they respected our deal for some time, but now, no replies on customer support and no access to the platform.

Lost access and data, no message to back up data, nothing, just silence. Another deal that scams early adopters. And as such, please don't trust this developer in future ventures.

Nescient support now (it was good in the beginning). New company name and features added but they need to provide more comprehensive documentation or have better support. This "could have been" a real competitor to Afforai but Afforai has a more professionally perceived company. ChatABC (now Teamai) is no longer on Appsumo so if it reappears during Black Friday 2023, you'll know the good and bad.

Hello, this is one of my favourite AI tool. The "prompt generator" prompt is insane ! Using this daily and now they added DATASET !!!!!!

No support, no communication within the Discord.
functions are not working, we have no idea about the roadmap. changing name and we never know why.

Refunded sadly.
