2. Do you have the ability to list the sources for what the bot puts in the response? If it's from a webpage, for example, could it give the URL to the user for them to go to that page for more information?
3. can the bot respond using only the trained material and nothing outside of it?

2. Yes, you can tell your chatbot to list the links it used in the system message. (You can edit the system message by going to the chatbot settings)
3. Yes but it's not perfect. In the system message we give the chatbot instructions to only use the given data but someone can prompt it in a way where it answers general questions.
