Recently, I purchased a Tier 1 license. However, it seems that my account does not reflect this purchase correctly. I am currently seeing only 30 message credits on my account, which does not align with the details of the Tier 1 license I have acquired.
I initially encountered some trouble when attempting to sign up with my email primary mail. Due to this issue, I opted to use an alternative email address, with which I was able to create an account and implement the chatbot on my website.
Given this, I ask for your help to resolve this discrepancy. Could you please ensure that my account accurately reflects the Tier 1 license, including with my primary mail address.
