Q: Here's what happens when you run out of credits: It will ask your visitors to upgrade and tell them you have ran out of credits.
It's like this company went out of their way to be sure you will be shamed in front of your leads.
1. Why did you make this special effort to shame your customers?
2. How do I manage credits between bots? What if I just want to give for example 100 credits to one bot so that it won't cannibalize the resources I have for the other bots? Why isn't there an option to limit? Seems like a big oversight, hope I'm wrong.

May 14, 2024A: 1. We recommend using tier 2 and adding your own OpenAI key to get unlimited messages if you want to use this in production. You can also set the error message received when you run out of credits.
2. The only way to limit the messages per chatbot is to set the rate limit on your chatbot settings. We currently don't have a way to set credits per chatbot.
