Q: Hi, sry - I totally forgot this question: For training the AI-Bot it says I can give Website URL's ...
does this also include URL's to regular "Google Docs"?
AND:
Is there any limit how much text/URL's ... I can have to train the bot?
ALSO:
If I trained a bot with some document/website .. but then circumstances change (for example the phone number, or the opening hours of the company change) ... can I somehow then "re-train" the bot with the new phone number/opening hours easily? How can this be done?
This is my biggest concern, since things are changing ... and I need to be sure that I will be able to re-train the bot to (in the future) NOT answering questions with outdated data ... BUT answering (as long as I make sure I updated it) with the correct data?
Kind of the same question, just a little bit more complex ist this: If using the bot for example for a car dealer ... could I also have the bot accessing the website URL or a Google Doc where ONLY the available cars that are listed, so the bot could also answer questions about availablity, pricing and features about specific cars ... AND as soon as a car is sold -> that I also could remove this car (if not only by removing it from the google doc and tell the bot: "forget about the Google Doc" => "from now on use this new Google Doc" ... where then the sold cars are not on the lists anymore?
Would something like this be possible in any way (no matter if my description would have been a possible way ... or if you have maybe even much better ways of having ab bot also being able to answer correct information about available items)?
AND ...
... if not right now: Is this part of the roadmap so it will be available maybe in the future? And IF so, can you asure us (early adoptors) we'll also be automatically hooked up with these awesome features staying on the same deal ... so we confidentially can already buy into this - because we're assured that we'll also get future benefits?
If so - I'd be willing to go all in with tier 4... so these are all very important questions to me - and I cant wait for your answers. Thx.
Cheers.

May 14, 2024A: Hi,
1) You cannot train the bot using a Google doc from the URL
2) There is no limit to the number of URLs, just the number of characters which depends on your plan
3) You can retrain the bot an unlimited number of times. If you use a document you will have to delete and reupload the document. If you use a website, you can click "retrain chatbot." We will also add a feature that automatically retrains your bot from the website periodically soon.
4) Something like this is possible. If you have a website, you can retrain the bot on the available items continuously. We have an API so you can update the data for a chatbot using that as well.
5) You will have access to new features

You CAN train the bot from a Google Doc! The trick is to publish it to the web first. It's how I do it.
